Yes, finally we have a real city commission again. And in a couple years it will get even better.

Sure lets keep throwing stones. Let’s keep the war going. It is what matters right? The hell with getting along and bettering the town. Let’s fight over issues like the Hatfield’s and Macoy's until we wear everyone out.

I get so sick of the attitude of some people here. Everyone has a secret agenda. Obviously nothing done in this town was thought to be something to better the community. The last few years have all been a way for Mel to make money for his business right?

This town will never do anything until people get the old out of their head and move forward. I know the box store is hard to get over right. We must bring it up every week or we are offending the god of Lowes...... Get over it. Let’s move on and do better than that. It is funny how people want change, but for someone new to the area it seems people are much more prone to fight and argue over things than get anything done at all. It creates a real negative attitude with the whole community. A Lowes will not make people want to setup here with that kind of attitude going. Grow up. You have had your childish "we have the ice cream" rants. Now let’s make some malts with that ice cream and some milk.

Classic.

What is with you all at the traveler lately? Is there some sort of mandate to stir up controversy? First with the local elections, the a bunch of name calling on your blogs, now a gay marriage debate and a debate on how Obama is doing. Are you trying to create controversy?
