Why not let the downtown building owners do that. It's been available to them forever anyway and if others try to tell them what to do they will ignore it all anyway.

Another opportunity to ignore problems in Ark City. You should know better than to ask someone to help clean it up. If you were asking for help to tear the city down they would be out in droves.
Anyone have anything good to say? Anyone interested in at least looking like you're trying to help?
Let's get the main street association going.
and maybe, refuse to shop at a business if the building looks like %%$#@.
It seems that someone or other has been trying to do this for the past few years. What we need is someone to spearhead the program and get it off the ground.
I've got to believe that at least some of the downtown merchants and building owners are interested. Unless they have to spend their own money.....
