I'm glad you moved it to here. The other link was a little harder to find.
I hope you get a lot of responses. Any idea could be a start. Even if it sounds impossible at the moment there might be parts that can be worked on right away.

i have an idea why dont the city start admitting fault somewheres? the editoral bout the woman falling and as usual no fault for city just like if there sewer comes in your house its not city fault or if streets crappy not there fault or no time or no help but if your yard or house or somthing crappy then they have time to do that and make you pay they could not even get xmas stuff up took em weeks! city hall is become a joke
