I'm usually against the death penalty, but in this case I may make an exception. Keep the Sanderholm family in your prayers!

With the death penalty, he will out live Jodi by at least twenty years. With all the appeals. I hope they don't take forever to rid the world of this creep.

my advice is to pull the plug in this blog untill the Jury has been chose, otherwise alot of potential jurers will not be able to do the job

the case has not been discussed here hardly at all.

uh, yeh. i mean uh, not hardly a tall...ha

Well, the jury pool has already been chosen, so they should know better than to read a post with THURBER as the headline. We are not the jury police. It's up to them to avoid it.

hopefully he'll get a little more of what he's already got at the jailhouse- just desserts with a broom handle.

Did anyone read Fridays headline about the Country Mart robbers? I know this is not the right thread but I smell another thread materializing! No wonder we can't keep bad things from happening in this county! Judge Pringle, I can't believe you let them out!!!!

Yes, I read it and it angered me. I hope Pringle is up for election soon (if he is even elected).

Judge Pringle is good at being easy going on the criminals most of the time.

I am playing devils advocate here because it does appear the judge did something he probably should not of, but maybe he knows more about the case than we do. Maybe the suspects are under some sort of strict supervision. I would also reserve judgement on him, just one mistake could lead to disaster, but maybe he is a good judge 99.9% of the time.

Yeh, uh... maybe...maybe not.

He's strict on some, loose on others.
But, come on now... out on no bail. That's a lil much

Which leads us right back to the original thread here. How many times can you let an offender out of jail before they do something really bad????? Hence...the origin of this thread. No bail? When they are out running loose on our community what else are they brewing up? What is their next fiasco going to be? Some of them are already in trouble for the bomb threats.....then the robbery....What next? Lets hope doesn't have anything to do like the past history we have seen exiting the courts. Besides, are you willing to risk losing one of your family members to the one tenth of percent they see to let go?

They were not even out on bail. They OR bonded, wich means they signed a paper promising that they will go to court. Sad.

Typical Pringle behavior- I wish he could be voted out but he has been unopposed so far. All it would take is anyone to run against him....anyone at all!!

The traveler had a follow up on the release of the robbery suspects on an OR bond tonight (Dec. 23rd). Has to do with right to a speedy trial and a delay due to KBI processing of the evidence. Not crystal clear on if it did have to be an OR bond or not.

Did not have to be an OR bond.
That part was the judge's decision.
